I first met Sian when she was pregnant with River. We met on a freezing cold January evening and we had the most magical evening as well as that we got lost, broke a shoe and I managed to take home Sian’s most cherished piece of jewellery. I then photographed Sian and her family when River was born. And then more recently Sian and River came to the studio so we could capture their beautiful relationship and Rivers excitement about becoming a big sister. She carried her doll with her at all times. Feeding her, sharing her dummy and kissing her. She sure does take on the role of big sister seriously.
