When should I book my new born session?
You should book your newborn session as early as possible, ideally after your 12 week scan, in order to secure your required date. We will allocate a couple of provisional dates and then confirm the date once your little one arrives.
What should we wear?
I have a mummy, child and baby wardrobe that all of my clients have full access too. If you would prefer to wear something from your own wardrobe I will give advice on styles and colour pallets that work best. I am obsessed with the aestetic of an image and what you all wear plays a huge part. I’ll be on hand to give lots of advice on selecting outfits.
How long does a newborn photoshoot take?
I always allocate 2-4 hours for Newborn photoshoots.
This ensures we can work at your babies pace and enjoy a relaxed and slow session together.
How do I book a photoshoot?

What time will my outdoor photoshoot be?
I typically shoot sunrise or sunset, the absolute best time for light. Trust me it’s magical. If you have a specific request please feel free to email or whatsapp me to discuss.
What happens during my photoshoot?
We’ll meet at our destination and spend a little time getting to know one another. I will give you plenty on cues and direction, but the real magic that I’m aiming to capture happens when you and your family embrace those precious moments together, exploring, playing, connecting. That’s when the real magic happens and I can documemt your story.

I might just share every image from this beautiful session and space. @contenthausstudios I have my own space on the Wirral but I also travel around the UK and if my clients don’t want to travel to me and prefer to be in a studio setting there are so many stunning spaces available for hire. This place is one of my favourites.

I stepped into their home and was welcomed with a huge hug and the offer of slippers, Prosecco and the most incredible Russian food. Baby Max was just yummy as was his big sister. She had a birthday coming up so we dedicated part of the session just to her, party frock and party shoes made an appearance of course. Thanks for having me gang and I can’t wait to see you again for part 3 in a couple of weeks.

A celebration of them and their journey so far as a 3. It really does feel like a lifetime ago that we became a family of 4 and yet it feels like not so long along that I first met Alice and Oliver. They’ve grown so quickly. They no longer depend on me for everything. They are currently in Oliver’s room playing child minders while I get through a little admin. They could be up there for hours playing together. I really do love this stage, their little relationship and how much they teach each other.
